Love Is a Practice

When I love myself, I love everything, for love is powerful. When I fall out of the grace of love, I remember my intention to be aligned in love.
I’ve been asking God what’s next best for me, then doing what I’m guided to do. When that is done, I ask again. And this has been a magical week for me, for I keep consenting to God’s wisdom.
When I don’t listen or ask, my ego leads, and then I fall victim to the ego and the never-ending void that disposition creates.
I am getting better and better at loving, because love is a practice. Self-acceptance is a practice, and it goes hand in hand. Faith is huge when we believe in our power to create. To me, this is magic.
I’m happy to create love magic as much as possible and be the change in the world.
Love looks like this for me these days: helping others by holding space with empathy, feeling them and acknowledging their process, smelling the roses, dancing with my energy, feeling grateful for everything, especially the challenges, doing kind things for myself and others, saying sweet things to my partners, seeing her, holding space, and saying positive affirmations like, “You’re an amazing being of light, Artie. You create magic wherever you are. I am proud of you for doing nothing, doing a chore, or challenging yourself.”
Being present in what I am creating with intention. Being true and accountable to what I intended to create. Doing what I say to the best of my ability. Having grace and mercy when I fall short.
Praying for another way to look at things. Seeing things through another lens, such as a third-eye view or a child’s perspective. Being cute and playful with innocence. Knowing I don’t know anything about anything.
Allowing room for others’ perspectives to show me the shadow self of them and/or me.
Love is a practice. Self-acceptance is a practice. Faith is huge. And I’m practicing all of it, one moment at a time.  ©️ Art Gaia Frazee 10/1/2026
