Shedding Ancestral Paradigms

The relationship to everything is key to recovery from the self centered aspect of isolation of the disease of addiction. Yes we have been hurt and left alone and criticized but that is over now I am no longer that narative. The past definitely affects me and I do my best not to fall into that traumatic response because I am safe with your support and love. There are so many gifts from the darkness we have been through. I choose to see everything as a gift even the things I do not necessarily like or agree with. We get to process and feel and to work with these emotional blockages. The work in healing our suffering from our ancestral lines. What a time to transcend this pain into a winning gain of joy and connection. I get to make this magical decision in a world that is always growing and changing. With this peace of your nature nothing stands in the way of this awareness of awakening. I let go and trust that it will be ok as long as I face my shadows with patience and understanding. There is no fear that will take me away from this process. Through going through and challenging every fear in my life has been a catalyst of shifting fear into joy. With this practice of faith there is a knowing that we can do anything. We truly have to really want it in. Not just the pleasure but the pain and struggle and the work it takes to reach that goal. The way out is through all the forms. There are no constraints or conditions in the being present with the shadow work. It just is there to show me that I am ok no matter how hard it may seem and how heavy it feels in the pit in my stomach and armor around the heart that conceals my sweet authentic being. There is a release in this acknowledgement. This relationship of what hurts and has been wrapped and hidden for so long is now my greatest spiritual ally. I no longer have to avoid this relationship with all my parts. I choose to dive deep into the work of my truth with sweetness and humility.
