Dream Steam Sauna Visions of Healing

We are onto something great; it lights my passion and a confidence that I am good at what I do. When we practice this knowledge we are a gift to what we are in this world.  Everything seems to naturally fall into place, and there is a sweet connection to the earth, the wind, the sun, the animals, the plants, and each other. What is going to make history, is you being that authentic spiritual warrior who stands strong as a wisdom keeper and takes no responsibility for others’ ignorance. It’s not our fault that others will not open their spiritual eyes. We have a choice to make, and some may not find it helpful to do things differently because it shakes the lies around and makes them uncomfortable. Like the heat of the sauna that cleanses and purifies the psychic toxins, we are helping release the old to bring in the new. It can be easy to go to the default patterns that we have been using for so long. The stagnant energy can be an addiction and a distraction from doing more work on myself. Life can be painful, but we don’t have to dwell in this situation because there is a solution to move through anything. It may feel hopeless at times but there is a way through even though we do not see it. Sometimes, I feel I wish I did not exist because it can be hard to be here at times. This loneliness sneaks behind me like a villain of evil, but I will not let it take me anymore. I get to feel this sadness and hold it dearly as my friend as you teach me what I am missing in my life true spiritual connection.
