Vessel Of Empathetic Love
God is helping me to see my part in helping me think before I speak. What a great gift it is not to have to blurt out the first thing, I think. This helps me create stronger and healthier relationships. My trauma tries to push people away with the snarky and insensitive comments that I feel are funny and others feel they are rude. Sometimes, it’s really hard to hold back, but every time I do, it gets a bit easier, and that is a structure that I see makes a huge difference in the dilemma of this sometimes lonely existence. I always have my higher power with me, but sometimes I need a warm smile, a tight, long hug, and an open ear without judgment to help mirror what I need to see and work through. We can be our best eyes and ears for each other when we are honest and be that open vessel for one another. When I operate from a place of empathy, there is no room for resentment and anger to take me to a path of separation. I feel an understanding with a grace that sees that we only operate with what we have been programmed with. I am no expert at communicating, but I am putting some extra effort into this area, for it is so rewarding when we feel heard and seen by one another in an authentic light. This beautiful picture of each other can be intimidating to our past feelings at times, but when we can work through our differences, a stronger bond forms a healthy relationship attachment that opens up a trust that is vulnerable and raw. I am grateful to you, earth goddess, for holding space for me when I felt so alone and guiding make to my innocence with your healing nature of plants and water and sky.
