Stay In Your Game Without Shame

I am triggered today by something that came up from my past. I got involved in someone’s lie, and that’s none of my business to get involved with. I created more tension for other people and that was not my intention. I must remember, before I speak about others, to think, is loving, respectful, helpful, and does it make people feel good? I want people to be able to trust me and share their full authentic selves with intimacy. Taking the moment to pause and be clear about what I mean to say and how I mean to be perceived. When I am in this awareness with being true to myself I can help be a better friend and member of society. It can be one of my greatest allies to be connected with the unity of my community. We all have so much information we can channel to help one another, and we all have different creative ways to show our intimacy. We all relate through our stories, and how we get through the challenging times helps give us confidence and hope for the next adventure that may be difficult. We get to move through the waves of life with style and hopefully with some ease and grace as we connect with a higher power and keep that strength in the focus. It is good to be a person who cares about how we are changing the world with our actions with integrity, accountability, and honesty. With faith and practice with our spirituality, we can move beyond levels unimaginable. Be in that zone of trust and know with all your heart that you are your best partner in this game of life even when you feel you are not. Keep strong and moving on for you are my dream come true.
