Knowingness In My Core

Healing water helps me reset all the frequencies from other entities that may be taking my focus elsewhere. I just let it go in the flow of the water for it has a message for me to be free and not disturb the quietness with thinking things out. These people can be so disrespectful at times so I take a break and set myself free. Goddess reminds me to not let these little petty distractions take me away from my center of truth. My mind wants to keep trying to resolve it but I just end up looping over the same powerlessness. What do I do when I obsess over these frustrations? I give myself a break tell myself I love you and surrender to the grace of my inner wisdom. This place of silence where I feel safe and loved allows me to not act out on the negativity my brain tells me to do. This pause helps me to respond to life with love instead of reacting in fear. I am a neurodivergent so I think a bit differently than the common person. I am also sensitive to feelings and do not fit into the social norms. I have had to learn the hard way many times from these simple lessons that others seem to understand right away. This is a fact I have to face and find the people who support the personality traits that I am resonating with. The vibe needs to match my tribe. I am resting my energy today and it is mellow with self-reflection and healing. I notice my mind is clear and calmer when I nurture myself physically. It reminds me to move my body in nature feel the wind on my skin and take in the light of our star. I think about what I have to be grateful for and it gives me a clear focus on how far I have come. I may not fit in as the way others may want but I feel a part of something great and powerful and that is my knowingness that I accept the way I am.
