Opening The Narrow Views

I will follow my bliss towards the light of wisdom. You guide me to see that life has hope full of new possibilities that are awaiting a dreamer like me. You open my eyes to see this grand moment that is a Pinnacle point of the opening of my heart. Honesty is where the home and nest meet as the one place of safety. In this place of comfort and ease we feel that connection to our hearts place the rests in serenity. I walk my way to the park where nature nourishes my spirit and resets my energy field. The trauma still holds me in my comfort zone and keeps me from exploring new recovery options. Help is always there but I do not always look to you for it. This is my greatest error in how to live a loving and grateful life. I continue to practice reaching out to you dear God to help me find a way that is humble and guided to more presence to that loving essence I crave. I am not there because I have lost touch with the relationship to reality again today. I would rather sleep and zone out from my problems than deal with them. I can feel the difference when I choose the path of avoidance and disconnect. I feel lethargic and unmotivated to do anything because the pain is telling me to let go and be careful with myself. When I take this time to rest it is the best I can do for when I do too much I create more problems. It can be hard to accept this truth for I am such a doer. I do not have any ways to change the past but I can stay in a clear conscience of being aware of my needs in the moment. Please take my hand and help me find more acceptance around how to get through and feel this hard moment of loss and sadness. I am tired and can no longer run and hide it is just not working for me anymore. I open again to your guidance my love.
