Every Day Is A Discovery

I am grateful to wake up with some energy today and that I am not alone and I have my higher power that loves and holds me through everything. You are my sense of strength when I am feeling down and out and when I lose touch with your love and grace you are always there to remind me. When I feel so upset and things are out of control I remember you are there supporting me and I feel you and know that it is okay to go back to my source of freedom which is your love and acceptance. Your grace washes upon me when I listen with my intuition and trust that what it has to say is valid. God opens new doors of perception when I ask and listen for your guidance. As my heart heals and as my trust opens to new levels of awareness the breath opens and the energy flows to a natural rhythm. Life can be a mess when I try to control or run the show by managing everything. I do my best not to act of this character default based on fear. Fear is funny sometimes we don’t even know when we are controlled by it. For me, it goes so far back that I cannot even remember the root of it. I wonder how could this be so challenging to move past. At times I feel so defeated by my patterns that hold me into sadness and confusion. I remind myself they will pass and the energy will change as long as I feel my feelings and allow myself to have that moment without running away by denying or ignoring it. I am human and have my own set of challenges to learn from and acceptance is key to freedom by honoring the emotions but not dwelling in self-pity. Recovery is a daily routine that gives me a chance to better my life emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I stay with this process of discipline so I can stay on the train moving on this journey to amazing destinations of self-discovery.
