Attention To The Love Spirit

I turn my attention to the focus of the simple breath. As I walk this path I bring back my intuition and attention to the respect of my body. When I start to contract into negativity I have lost touch with my breath and become hyper-focused on the things I need to get done. There is nothing that important to do that is worth sabotaging my peace and happiness. As I continue this practical way of staying vigilant to presence I persevere in the traditional way of compassionate connection to spiritual grace. I have been in self-created pain long enough and do my best to not allow myself to dwell in the pattern for a long. The light of truth reminds me of when I have lost this disposition to my loving nature to life. Sometimes the simplicity of life that is serene is vague because I overthink things to death. God helps me see when I am not in the process of loving myself. I stay in the home of my loving heart where the passion of acceptance represents how I am perceived. When I am in the process of radiant authenticity the world reflects back this truth which validates that I am in alignment with my core values. What a great way to stay true to myself by application of a routine of self-reflection and bodily awareness. This spiritual sophistication orients me toward the next shift toward my enlightenment. This must be a daily discipline to draw me to focus on a spiritual nature that is in alignment with that center channel of compassionate understanding. Recovery moving forward is what I am focusing on and this gives many people strength and hope which grants me a life full of gratitude and purpose. I have a magnetic personality that attracts many interesting people and helps me see that I am not so unique or special. I have found I am just another magnificent human being who has many talents that help the world shine and resonate with more love and understanding.
