The lesson is we all are a blessing to each other to help us grow and connect with spirit. Humanity is always changing as we all adapt together differently and spiritually through the challenges and experiences we all grow through. The crowd of love that flows from the hope of us all coming together reaches a place of the heart that is fundamentally beautiful. Happy to be part of the unity and recognition of simplicity that burns out the negative energies that keep us stagnant and discouraged. The smiles of gratitude help remind me of the remembrance of my youth before all the masks of ego-defending vulnerability. The pushing out and releasing of the energy that is stuck in the belly that is deep in my core creates pain when there is stress. I do my best to release this contraction that has me all tied up in knots. When I am the love in this release of old narratives that are not true and haunt me when I awake from a bad dream I have to remember to practice to not listening to them and balance it with positive affirmations and turning the feelings into a grace of understanding. Once every so often they get the best of me and I get consumed and exhausted by them. The divine alchemy of transmutation has a spark that ripples through the timeline healing many generations. Genetic material cleanses through the environment as we dance out through the roots.
