The Simple Effective Sayings
I feel I run at Optimal performance when I put my needs first. Sometimes it can be challenging when I try to help others when I am depleted emotionally and or physically. My natural response is to be helpful, kind, and giving and this sometimes can hide what I need to feel. When this imbalance starts to control my life I can start projecting my fears and frustrations onto others and my environment. This is not a fair way to treat myself or others so I got back to the basics and remembered the slogans ” first things first ” and ” let go and let God”. These simple and sweet sayings seem so cliche but they do work for me and that is what is important towards my growth in recovery. Simplicity is something I found is much more effective for a complicated over-analytical mind that always tries to underestimate the power of keeping it simple and silly. What a beautiful opportunity to express the love and truth that we all have inside of us. We can all relate to wanting to be more loved and accepted and that is the gift of being human we all share this common goal and bond that holds us together in timeless unity. We all have a purpose here and though we may forget and get lost we can always remember that love is stronger than the disraction of hate and resentment. In the end, it does not matter what I did not accomplish it is what I did together with all of you to make this earth a better place than when I arrived here as a baby love vessel. Growing into self-forgiveness and selfless presence do I know I am on the path of wisdom and using the action of gratitude toward spiritual freedom. When I awaken to this truth daily, I am in practice of my authenticity that has no judgment or bounds on inspiration and creativity.
