Gentle Spiritual Hygiene

A great wave of gratitude washes over me today as I awaken with more energy than I have felt in a long time. I am feeling motivated to help myself connect with my spiritual integrity. Grounding into my sacred space to clear out all the energies that are not mine. I see more clearly when I take this time for myself to clean myself out energetically. I am happy to help keep this spiritual hygiene as a reference to allow others to find their healing process. The altar is a sacred place to allow change to be expressed through different mediums and avenues that will work to pave a new road toward freedom. It is a machine of magic that observes the different forms of the divine manifestations to be honored as sacred and a place of love. Sometimes you have to laugh at something that maybe you are holding onto too tightly. When I feel I am clutching my hands and breath and my energy scattered all over about something I am powerless over. I remember to ground and recycle the energy that is not mine. I strengthen my intention with the creation of reality to compassionate awareness. When I bow down in humble self-sacrifice there is an opening beyond ego and self point of view. This togetherness opens up and connects me to the unity love field that is full of support and I feel like I am floating in your warm water. The gifts of recovery never cease to amaze me and how life could turn out so amazing and lovely. Life still has its challenges but I know how to work them out and let go when there is nothing to fix. Most of the time there is nothing to fix and remind myself to let it be and in those moments I rest in serenity.
