Animal Teachings
   
I love animals they are almost always in a constant connection and contemplation of the divine reality. When I work with them they work with me giving me this spiritual connection based on trust, love and freely exchanging energy with an empathetic thread that shimmers like gold. From this grounded connection of unity, all the ideas of the mind calm to a peaceful oasis that is filled with joy and the serene waves crash into compassionate bliss. The relationship to my health has been a tremendous experience to deepen the connection to my heart which is in tune with my higher power. In this timeless state of awareness, it has no judgment of any experience I may be having. The mind loves to grasp onto these peaceful experiences but I am reminded to stay in the flow as I stay with the conscious breath and the addict in my mind is not fed by another shot of chemicals that may have a force that leads me to the obsessions. When this imbalance becomes my reality then all choices may become narrow and very limited by my ego and selfish desires. The animals I work with remind me of their presence where my energy is at. I must pay attention at all times to stay in the balance of a grounded nature. When I stay in this power of with the connection of God and constant self-reflection then life is just the way it needs to be without trying to figure it out. No longer must I suffer the dilemma of overthinking it to death. When we walk in the light of the spirit we never walk alone. There we are just exactly where we already were. Perfectly expressed as the divine force of love.
