This Moment Of Clarity

In the moment I feel your connection of truth always breaking me free from the past and future thinking. This is always something I have to remember to do is be here in the moment for nothing else exists. Now is the greatest moment we all been waiting for. There is no fear or anxiety in the now. There is just this awareness of a beautiful existence that is my essential to being spiritually balanced. Sometimes it is just a lesson when I take my will back and have to struggle with life. I am getting better day by day to stay in gods will because I am learning that a drama free life is more important than a seeking for adventure all the time. I am still learning and adjusting to this more simple lifestyle and sometimes find it monotonous because I am not used to it completely yet. I have been running on survival mode for so long. I did not no how to sit still and just be unless I was at a hot spring. This unsettling energy that was distracting me from being there for anyone but myself. This was painful because it was selfish and lonely. I was afraid of the silence and the stillness. I eventually would have to feel everything and deal with it. This non-stop noise that my mind creates has been challenging but now I can slow down and breath and be still. This practice keeps me from falling into this addictive over-thinking process for to long. This presence is the solvent to ones own wisdom and power. This prayer of more peace is my practice to be my true serene self that already abides in me perfectly as it is. This may be also true with us all if we slow down and just be.
