Getting Back On Track

Wherever we go they we still are. We are a perfect in the eyes of acceptance. I am still human and a still being in another beautiful day that continues on forever if I let it be. Sometimes life is heavy with sad emotions and it makes sense to take some down time to feel and be with it and allow it space. This can be quite uncomfortable and not ideal but it is necessary for me to honor what is really going on with me. It can be so easy to want to escape the feelings of the truth but it will always be there for my learning if I listen to what they are trying to tell me. I have a hard time knowing what they mean at times. I really have to dig in and take a look. Maybe they is no meaning just a heads up of there is no problem to fix manage or control. I have to practice this discipline so I do not have to act out on distractions which is a from of repression. This has been a long journey of doing things backwards and running from the problems. You do not know what you do not know. I have had to learn the hard way for so long and the lessons of making the same mistakes was a painful path of turmoil and rejection. I was always looking for love and attention in all the wrong ways from the wrong people. I take care of who I am around today and make sure they are loving and supportive and have a good energy moving in their lives. With this new family of caring individuals I get to grow up as like I always wanted happy and held in compassion.
