Essential Needs Met With Humility

Another fantastic day on a beautiful planet with so much to be grateful for. There is a nice rain going which makes me feel so nurtured and fresh cleaning my thoughts away with the peaceful sound of the healing water. It tells me to stay fresh and clean to be adaptive with the changes that all weather life brings. As I age the most important things come over time. I appreciate all the simplest essential things such as hugging a chat with a stranger and a smile from a friendly face. I never thought I had the time to stop and smell the roses. I never was able to acknowledge this shift in changing perspective like I can now. The friendships that I have and all the health and wealth that keeps me feeling safe and loved. Thank you for all that you are, and showing me all that I could be. We have done amazing things together that have helped keep my head up high through even the most trying of times. I no longer need to struggle to survive but get to surrender my false pride and thrive. When all seems lost you held a light of compassion in others to help me find my way back to my loving hearts home. There is no way without this hope I would be sitting here writing to you today. The world chews us up and spits us out and sometimes some of them make it and most of us do not. I am grateful to be some of the few. I am here to teach others that no darkness and pain is too much to handle. If I could do so can anyone. I believe in you whether or not you believe in yourself. Be gentle and sweet to yourself no matter what life hands to you. It will pay off in spiritual awareness that nothing is worth taking too seriously except staying in your own loving truth. You always where enough.
