We The Love Nation Of Unity Nation

All is well when I recognize all the things there are to be grateful for. It can be challenging when you always want what you dont have. I found once you get what you thought you wanted it is not what it was hyped up to be. I am finally understanding that life is about loving what we do have like good health, good friends, and a good therapist. These things are not purchased or owned but gifted with being authentic and doing the work to have healthy relationships. Sometimes I have to remind myself that my life is worth loving and that I have a great purpose that carries hope. Freedom lies in practice spiritual principles based on strength, truth, and compassion. The head and heart aligns to a symbiotic state when I connect these energy centers and flow to a unity field. I practice everyday to meditate and ground and send healing energy to all beings. We all need prayers the happy, the sick, the sad, the mad, the lost, the ignorant, and the more fortunate. No one is special or immune to needing more love and light in their lives. I pray for all because true compassion is not biased or judgemental. We all have our own demons and battles to face and it helps to do it as a community through prayer and be present and conscious. I give this gift to you freely as an living amends to all the sick and suffering as we the people of one nation under unity of god.
