Free Energy Arising

Playing the game of life is always a risk and when we take a chance and put ourselves out there emotionally we can grow up a little more. When we give our inner child some freedom there can be a new outcome of a deeper authentic truth. It is not an easy road for me to be vulnerable and touchy feely. It can be hard to be me in a world so confided in the illusion of control and expectations. I have been sick and tired of all this acting it breaks me down and tires me out. I remember to breathe when i get caught in my head trying to figure me out. When I am done with myself I try to understand the world which is something that cannot be defined as it is always ever changing. This addiction to thought can drive me mad into a place of total inability to take action. I surrender to the breath again to remind me of the simplicity of life. All my greatest ideas come from this place of stillness. When I slow down and do nothing everything makes sense to me that it all arises without my effort. I am here now present to this gift of consciousness that a free current of bliss runs through everything. This flow of beauty washes me head to toes and throughout my energy field. Clarity and calmness is the gift of this new found sense of trust and faith. Forever may I dwell in your heart space of love and grow up to the man I truly already am. No more hiding behind the mask and lies that kept me from your truth or real lasting happiness. We are one now of the same fabric of cosmic unity.
