Sadness With Your Grace

The foundation of spiritual life is based on discipline of the ego and its want and desires. There is no thing material that can bring lasting joy. Everything here in this earth real is temporary. Do not get too attached to anything for it will cause you deep pain when it dies, breaks, or it is lost. The only permanence is love and light. We carry this into the next lifetime. The body goes and our spirits moves to another sacred space to reach a new journey. All is well in the unknown and undiscovered places when we remember that true sovereignty. The inner reflection has some value to teach us how to act in the 3 dimensional plane. I must slow down and feel what this reflection is showing me and how I am being viewed by others. Time is a funny thing because it grabs us and then it lets us go. In that stillness and peace of breath and heart there can be a reawakening that drops me back to the present state. I value this bliss that carries me on the waves of free nature and being. There is no weight that holds me down like my own self judgment. I listen to my inner voice now and it tells me it is going to be okay. What is this sadness that keeps holding me in this lonely and disparaging place. Why does it keep telling me I am alone and no one loves me. I consciously know it not true but it somehow feels like it is. The new foundation of learning to trust in a community who wants to better themselves is a blessing. This blessing tells me that I am loveable and part of something amazing that is not self deluded in separateness. Even when my heart is heavy in sadness it is still full of you and your love.
