Happiness is always right there with you always in your heart when you forget about what is on your mind but what is present in your being. This is the centered placement of your knowing. If people aren’t building you up and motivating you then they are not the best people to interact with. God centered and respectful people are the ones that show me how to live with integrity. I need honest people that express their full range of emotions. There is a mirror of integrity when they show their intimate selves. The treasure of relationships is in the way we conduct ourselves with love and respect and being there for each other. When we have the support from others it is much easier to get our human needs met. We need to ask for help and give help and when we do this is an act of humility. The roots of unity keep us deep in connection that keeps us alive and free of disease and loneliness. Learn to listen to what your emotions and body are telling you so you can turn your attention to healing that part of you that may be neglected.
