Feelings And Thoughts Have Deeper Meaning

Taking up courage every day is great practice for me. To remember to speak up my feelings of truth and this attracts the goodness in others and allows them to be more of themselves. It has been a great practice to remember that if it is on my mind and it has some validity. In this moment of awareness this voice must be acknowledged. I must speak it into existence to make it real. This reality in speaking helps me manifest. This action gives my thoughts a place to be. This gives me that buffer to do my best to keep it soft and gentle and based in spiritual awareness. There is so much peace in my heart now. I tend this flame every day to keep it alive and nurtured. Nothing is permanent but there is lasting change when we practice these disciplines at every moment. These holiday seasons can be a trigger for me since I’m grieving my grandparents and my brother and other losses of my family. These are the times I have to be extra vigilant around getting my needs met. I practice it through the fellowship and through self-care and surrender to my higher power. When I give the time to this surrender, I get an opportunity to hear what my next best step is. I remember easy does it and take things with grace and ease. Everything happens in God’s time not my time and this helps with that character defect of impatience that keeps me seeking for more and more. There are not enough things in this world to fill that hole in me. I am very grateful to know this truth. My state of mind and being is the most important thing to me now. Everything else is secondary and a gift. Just for today I choose to be open and clear so the path may be available. Is available to us all. This open freedom lies within our hearts. Have trust and be patiently present to it.
